29th Call for Proposals closed

The 29th Call for Proposals closed on 25 March 2020. Despite the Corona crisis and related measures, the number of proposals submitted by applicants from various countries and regions has only slightly decreased with 21 proposals submitted, compared to 24 applications in the last call.

Thematically, the international research projects range, among others, from metal production to waste treatment and energy efficiency. Also with regard to the participating countries and regions, the submitted project proposals show a diverse variety: Switzerland and Brazil are part of two projects each, six proposals involve Polish partners and project consortia from the Belgian region Wallonia participate in eight planned projects.

In a next step, the CORNET Coordination Office is checking if all applications are valid. Following this, a number of international experts are jointly evaluating the proposals being submitted. The results of the evaluation process will be communicated to applicants latest in November 2020.

The next possibility to submit proposals will be the 30th call that opens mid of June and closes on 30 September 2020. For more information about future calls, please visit the section Calls for Proposals on the CORNET website. Please also have a look at the FAQs.
