Final sprint: 27th Call for Proposals closing soon

We kindly ask you to get your proposals ready for the 27th Call for Proposals which is closing soon on 27 March 2019. Submission is possible until 12 p.m. (CET). Please note that only complete proposals will be considered for evaluation. The stated deadline applies for both parts of the proposal: international and national/regional.

1) Submission on international CORNET level via Submission Tool

One of the partners, preferably the project coordinator, is responsible for submitting the joint international CORNET proposal including all annexes by the stated deadline via the CORNET Submission Tool on the CORNET website. After the call is closed, no changes or supplements can be added. If there are any problems occurring with the Submission Tool on the CORNET website please contact the CORNET coordination team (+49 221/716 101 22,

2) Submission on national/regional level via local funding agency

At the same time, all partners are supposed to send a national/regional application form to their own national/regional funding organisation, using a local template that refers to the CORNET project proposal. If an unsolved question came up during the application process, please get in touch with your national/regional funding agency in time.

CORNET and its partner network IraSME are organising two calls each year in order to realise international R&D projects to strengthen the innovative capacity of SMEs. The current 23rd IraSME call also closes on 27 March.

CORNET encourages international projects of research organisations and SMEs that follow the rules of pre-competitive Collective Research and solve common problems of SMEs, whereas IraSME supports the development of rapidly marketable innovative products, processes and services.

If you would like to participate in future calls and meet experienced project participants that can provide some handy inside tipps, you are very welcome to come to the “International Area” at this year’s Innovation Day for SMEs in Berlin on 9 May! The event is free of charge. For more information please visit:
